Returns

Incorrectly supplied goods will be exchanged at our expense, including postage and package. Notification should be received within two working days of receipt of goods, by e-mail. Refunds on unwanted goods will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge and all postage charges are to be paid by the customer. Goods must be returned in salable condition in the original unopened packaging.

Back Orders

Occasionally some items may be out of stock and notification will be given by email. In the event of stock shortages you may if you wish cancel your order for a full refund or alternatively wait for new stock to arrive. This usually takes a maximum of 30 days to arrive although most items are restocked automatically as demand requires.

Shipping

There is a standard one off charge for postage on all orders no extra charge will be made for any additional items, unless otherwise stated. Overseas orders may be subject to an additional charge, this would take into account any reduction in the price of the goods, which has been added to cover local tax, (VAT). If in doubt contact us by e-mail and we will be happy to advise you if any additional charge is due. In most cases, based on the size of the order, this additional fee will be met by the company. The initial fee includes the cost of packaging.

Damaged Goods

All our goods are inspected prior to dispatch and therefore replacements will only be supplied if damage is caused in transit and signed for as damaged to the carrier.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
